Our Payroll and HR Services include:

• registering of employees in the Polish social security system (ZUS)
• compilation and management of employee files
• payroll preparation
• calculation of personal income tax payments (within the PAYE system)
• calculation of the social security system (ZUS) premiums
• preparation and delivery of obligatory tax returns and calculations to ZUS and the IR
• preparing employees’ monthly social security declarations (RMUA)
• preparing annual personal income statements and the amount of tax collected within the PAYE system
